On May 28, 2026, I visited this clinic to give feedback on a radiologist's report, my cardiologist took off my heart and GI tract. The GI doctor he recommended couldn't see me until August. First, I gave them the hospital info so they could get the report when I made the appointment. But two days before, I found out nothing had been done, so I had to fax the report myself. The office staff is terrible. No smiling or apologies for mistakes with not getting back to patients. The overall attitude and phone etiquette needs some work. The wait times are awful. Assuming this is poor planning on the receptionists as well. They clearly don’t value anyone’s time. I’ve had to come here 4x now and I’ve waited over an hour every visit before I see a doctor who sits with you for 10-15min. Lastly, the privacy is lacking. I’ve been trying for over a year and a half to get a call back regarding my test results, with no success. I was first told the ultrasound technician failed to input my results, and later told by staff that “if we don’t call you back, you’re good.” That response is unacceptable, no patient should be expected to assume everything is fine without proper medical follow-up. The doctor is pleasant, but the office staff’s lack of communication and dismissive attitude makes it very difficult to receive appropriate care.

Stuck waiting 2 hours. Was seen for 2min and then told to continue waiting. Walked out of the office. Not only was the wait long but the services are done in a hallway, felt like a dog at a vet.
