Stuck waiting 2 hours. Was seen for 2min and then told to continue waiting. Walked out of the office. Not only was the wait long but the services are done in a hallway, felt like a dog at a vet.
I would give them 0 star… first they made us wait an hour outside then took us to the room and waited another 45 mints… and also doctor was not available and no body gave us a call to inform us that we will seeing nurse practitioner and not the doctor waited almost 2 hours for this appointment..!!
So bad,waiting time over 1 hour.Should tell me come late
I had an appointment and was taken back within 10 minutes. I did have to wait for about 30 minutes in the room, but they do their best to accommodate each patient. All of my questions were answered and we have a care plan going forward. Veronica the lab tech is so fun and makes the blood draw a lot easier with her upbeat personality. Thanks for taking care of me!
