I’ve been trying for over a year and a half to get a call back regarding my test results, with no success. I was first told the ultrasound technician failed to input my results, and later told by staff that “if we don’t call you back, you’re good.” That response is unacceptable, no patient should be expected to assume everything is fine without proper medical follow-up. The doctor is pleasant, but the office staff’s lack of communication and dismissive attitude makes it very difficult to receive appropriate care.
Stuck waiting 2 hours. Was seen for 2min and then told to continue waiting. Walked out of the office. Not only was the wait long but the services are done in a hallway, felt like a dog at a vet.
I would give them 0 star… first they made us wait an hour outside then took us to the room and waited another 45 mints… and also doctor was not available and no body gave us a call to inform us that we will seeing nurse practitioner and not the doctor waited almost 2 hours for this appointment..!!
