One of the worst experiences I've had at any business, much less a medical provider. I've never had a phlebotomist miss a vein before as you can literally see all of them in my forearm. They missed 3 times, got it on the fourth. Once I got to see Gloria, she acted like I was an imposition rather than a paying customer and a patient.
