Called to get assistance for medication that was prescribed to me, they will say they sent me a email. When I asked for help to ensure that I got them email the front desk hung up on me. They won’t help me, or even try to provide assistance to help solve the problem… I will be switching to another doctor.
I've been going there for about 5 years now and I'm so thankful for finding the best family doctor and medical office staff I have ever had. Worst clinic ever. All I needed was a refill for my medication, which I’ve had for three months. The doctor had already told me I was set, and I even had a follow-up appointment just last week. But now that I actually need the refill, the front desk tells me I have to schedule another appointment—just to charge me again. Came here for an appointment scheduled through the VA system. The staff here were caring, exceptional, and actually listened unlike other providers the VA has sent me to. Thank you for taking the time to listen and showing empathy!
I was sent to this clinic by the VA for a C&P exam. Don’t let the size of their office fool you! Great things come in small packages! Staff were kind, thorough, efficient and highly professional. Particularly, the medical scribe who listened carefully and took down all my symptoms as I spoke. Definitely 5 ⭐️ care !
