Like the name implies, Matt really puts Faith back in the HVAC business. After our 20+ year old furnace stopped working and left us without heat over a frigid weekend, we had to make a decision whether to repair or replace the system. A local big box HVAC contractor told us we had a cracked heat exchanger. They quoted us over 20k (and then dropped several thousand when they saw we weren’t biting).
