I met Ruth during a really dark time in my life. I was currently seeing a very qualified but different therapist. Ruth was exactly the ray of light I needed to help me get back to who I am supposed to be . She truly cares about your recovery and mental health. Mrs Ruth is very nice and polite. she is willing to share her views and allows you to be yourself without judgement while still maintaining professionalism and respect throughout the class. better than doing it through probation since its more laid back and down to earth.
