Faith Hospice was good to my mother for 3 months, but when she passed away in May of 2024, I couldn't believe it that no one from Faith contacted us to at least say sorry for your loss or send flowers. Maybe it's just me because I expect too much from people sometimes. I just thought that it would of been nice to know that Mom was remembered.

Very good care nice people able to help with any problems you may have
I promised my family that hospice care would be the best place for our loved one. That hospice would make him comfortable, treat his anxiety and depression, and support us with caring, understanding staff who would HELP us. I have lived this experience before, and never have I seen such gross incompetence. It was obvious and clear that they were convinced that my family member would expire within a few days, possibly a week or two. My dad just passed away a couple weeks ago and we absolutely loved trillium! They really are the best and took such great care of my dad. We felt so comfortable the whole time having them by our sides. My dad went very peacefully thanks to them!
