There’s a lot of companies in Chicago for Heat & Cooling / Plumbing work that try and scam you with “memberships” and unbelievably costly services. Faith Heating & Cooling isn’t one of them. I stg I normally don’t rate companies, but I definitely want to help out fellow people in Chicago struggling to find a good company to help them out. I called them today around 4PM and the guy came over after working on another job and fixed an issues with my AC unit. Super nice guy and knowledgeable. 5 stars no doubt.

I run a restaurant, and our old A/C had constant issues and kept breaking down. Stephen fixed it in less than an hour. On top of that, the cost was incredibly reasonable. If you're tired of dealing with an A/C that breaks down every year and technicians who never keep their promises, call this guy right now.

It is very unfortunate that I have had to update a previous positive review related to a furnace installation back in January of 2025. Subsequent to the installation, Stephen convinced me that a humidifier installation would be economical and beneficial, both in terms of efficiency, as well as to qualify for certain rebates.
