Please, stop, there are way better companies to choose from. To start faith healthcare communication is so terrible, they lack basic communication and follow up skills. Communication is very vital especially when dealing with medicaid. They will make you misspay due to their staffs lack of communication and not care at all. 95% of this staff is the worst ive ever had to deal with and their person in charge should be ashamed. I REPEAT FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY OTHER THAN FAITH , i promise you you will thank me later.

Faith Health Services has been one of the most frustrating agencies I’ve ever dealt with. The delays, lack of communication, and overall poor service are unbelievable. They take weeks to respond, never follow through on what they promise, and show zero urgency or professionalism.

I had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I thought their mission was to support seniors in maintaining their independence and staying in their homes. Evidently not, because all they cared about was not being held liable for anything.
