This team of staff is the worst, I called to get a simple refill for my moms prescription and I was told they will message the doctor and send it to her pharmacy, a week goes by no refill has been sent over. I call the office and the lady at front desk say she has to message doctor mercy for her prescriptions again. It has been two weeks and my mom has not gotten her refill on her prescriptions. Dr. F has been very accommodating and helpful, she is not condescending but obviously does ask necessary questions and provides necessary suggestions. Generally on time with appointments and seems happy to help. Staff is friendly and reminds you of appointments.
You don't want it. Mercy (Fadoju) is her name, not her game. She has no patience, nor meets on time with her patients. She will assume you don't take care of yourself, and continue a classist dialogue.
