I was calling from Texas to place a order for a funeral. I don't recall the lady's name but she was very helpful. She sent me pictures of potted plants and crosses to choose from . It sure helped me make a decision on what I wanted. After it was all put together she sent me another picture of what it looked like before sending it out for delivery. I highly recommend them .
