My mother is apart of this doctors office and it’s very frustrating working with them at time. They never answer the phone it’s always AI bot and then whenever my mother needs a RX or Referral they sit on it for weeks until I call or see them in person to do their job. The constant calling and having to show up in person for them to get anything done leaves me frustrated. This has gone on for a few years now. Extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism here. The front desk has lost my appointments several times, claiming I was never scheduled and making me come back another day. On top of the scheduling incompetence, the waiting room times are way too long. The office seems poorly managed and doesn't value patients' time
