I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office. I came in with my 3-year-old son to pick up my wife’s blood test results. As I approached the front desk, I greeted the receptionist with a friendly “Hello,” but she completely ignored me. Assuming there might be a language barrier since the office is in a predominantly Spanish-speaking area, I politely asked if she spoke English.
