I went to Faith Family for completion of medical forms and despite the reviews I can share that they provided excellent service. Dr Maria Sanchez is exceptional with a very gentle, thorough and caring bedside manner. All the staff were excellent and helpful and I especially want to thank Joevienna who was exceptional at her job.

Extremely Rude and Unprofessional My experience with FaithFamily HealthCare was extremely frustrating. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and very difficult to communicate with. I repeatedly called the office and left messages but never received a call back. I was eventually told my husband could pick up my blood work with my permission. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this office. I came in with my 3-year-old son to pick up my wife’s blood test results. As I approached the front desk, I greeted the receptionist with a friendly “Hello,” but she completely ignored me. Assuming there might be a language barrier since the office is in a predominantly Spanish-speaking area, I politely asked if she spoke English.
