Extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism here. The front desk has lost my appointments several times, claiming I was never scheduled and making me come back another day. On top of the scheduling incompetence, the waiting room times are way too long. The office seems poorly managed and doesn't value patients' time
The staff sucks the wait is too long I’ve been going to this Dr for years today’s episode was the last straw a 20 year relationship destroyed by incompetence waiting for 3 hrs the employee lied did not put me in the system to be seen. They charge late and no show fees if you don’t show I talked to 2 different employees still not put in I feel it’s only fair to compensate for my time since it is there fault another kind employee tried to resolve the matter before her co worker lied saying I was never there I told them check c... read more
Called and scheduled an appointment then was told I was not!! Not the first time this happens, this office is in disarray.
