Called Faith Door Services in the evening and Gary was at my garage first thing next morning. Complete gentleman and not only fixed the issue (broken door spring), but also fixed a few other items including a bracket without me even asking. Real pro and great guy.
He came to my house to check and explain what to do. Nice guy!
I dealt with Faith garage service about 12 to 15 years ago and I referred them to my parents house as well. So when I had an issue with the garage door at the house I moved into 6 years ago, there was only one person I wanted to work on the door. Not only did he do an assessment and diagnostic over the phone, but he helped me solve the issue without charging me anything.
