Front desk receptionist is rude and lacks customer service skills. I think I’ll be going to the other offices as front desk staff are more professional and friendly. Do better with training her to work with patients Rothman!
I have had a ew injuries treated at Rothman and couldn’t be more satisfied ! 👍
Dr Schick really takes care of my feet. I’ve been wearing the orthotics she prescribed for a few years and they have really helped me stay active. Today she prescribed a cream for the top of my feet. Hopefully It will give me additional relief. Thanks also to Melissa who took the X-rays.
