Very smart and educated staff. Easy to ask questions and get good answers back.
Front desk receptionist is rude and lacks customer service skills. I think I’ll be going to the other offices as front desk staff are more professional and friendly. Do better with training her to work with patients Rothman!
I have had a ew injuries treated at Rothman and couldn’t be more satisfied ! 👍
