I am writing to formally express my growing concerns regarding the deteriorating security, lack of emergency preparedness, and restricted resident access at 1655 Park Boulevard, a designated 55+ senior living community. This property is not good for elderly people. This place is like a ran down project. It is not safe for no ones parents to live in. Homeless people live in the stairways and drugs also inside at night. No security at all! This place is not good for ELDERLY at all. Also the office is very rude....hangs the phone up and no support.
