The elevator in this senior citizen home has been broken for over 3 weeks. Most of the residents are disabled and unable to use the steps. My mother is one of them. Essentially trapped on the second floor, forced to face steps, with knee and hip disabilities, and a walker. The residents are not receiving proper food or medical care because the only elevator no longer works! Please reach out to someone/anyone who can help!

This property is not good for elderly people. This place is like a ran down project. It is not safe for no ones parents to live in. Homeless people live in the stairways and drugs also inside at night. No security at all! This place is not good for ELDERLY at all. Also the office is very rude....hangs the phone up and no support.
