My name Is Rickey I was very ill in 1996 and i needed a doctor and contacted Dr Faisal and his office fit me in the same day! Dr Faisal is very knowledgeable ,kind and respectful. and including his office staff. I work all over the USA and I fly to Lake City just to go to him for a check up or what ever over 21 years he is the best.!!
Dr. Faisal has been here for 25 years and he's taken care of both my mother and father with the same patience and understanding since my mother first started with him. His bedside manner is excellent and his explanations make it simple to understand. Thank you for two great decades Doc!
Even though he was very busy he treated me promptly and courteously. He really cared that I understood what was going on. I will be seeing him for my next visit.
I went to visit Dr. Faisal for a colonoscopy, after having been turned off with the 'factories' in Gainesville. In our meeting, he was very professional, and seemed genuinely interested in his patients. The day of the 'operation' went fine. The staff was very professional and helpful. Dr. Faisal greeted me, told me what he found and made sure I see him later for a follow up.
