My appointment was 1:40. My back hurt enough to force myself to endure more than 3 hours in a hard wheelchair for the staff to move me from the waiting room to a treatment room. There I sat an unknown length of time until finally Dr. Chaudhry came in. Several procedures were discussed, I was bleary from waiting in that wheelchair, and I reluctantly scheduled one.
