We hosted our daughters wedding at our home. After researching, Fairytale Tents and Events was our choice when we started the planning process. Turns out that we made the PERFECT CHOICE!! We had a lot of adjusting and tweaking along the way including an unexpected need to push the date up 3 months! Laurie and the team we’re able to accommodate all of the scheduling and equipment adjustments with no problem and their work to coordinate to make sure everything was in place and ready for the ceremony & reception was phenomenal ... read more
Fairy Tale did an amazing job with our outdoor wedding. Laurie was communicative and always helpful throughout the entire planning process and day of. She did a great job coordinating absolutely everything to make sure our day was perfect. Also everything we rented was absolutely beautiful!
The best of the best! Laurie was knowledgeable, patient, experienced in the planning and execution. Tony and his crew were great, respectful of our property, efficient and excited about our event. Highest recommendations!!!
Update: My wife just called to try to work with the company again based on the promises made (see their response to this review.) The person who answered referenced our google review, said that the company was under new ownership, and that they were not willing to live up to the previous owners promise. To be clear - this is the first, and only, negative review I have ever written… And now twice. My only reason for posting this is to help prevent others from repeating our mistake.
FairyTale did a 40x60 tent for our outdoor wedding. Laurie was amazing to work with and called almost immediately after it was set up to check on us and make sure it all went well. We were so pleased with the tent, it was in good condition. The setup workers went as far to show us how to remove walls on the tent, if needed, since it was very hot on our wedding day. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional.
