If I could put a zero I would. The manager as she calls herself did my nails she was so ruthless the way she worked on me. Talked in there language the whole time and talks right over your head that is just rude. When finished she charged me more because she said my nails where long NOTHING posted about having long nails and charging more. Also when I made the appointment she said 2:00PM I work till 2:00 PM so I got there close to about 2:15 and she made me wait till at least 2:45 sat in the chair then she went to eat lunch ... read more
My first visit was yesterday. I enjoyed my experience very much. Their pricing is very reasonable and they give plenty of attention to detail. They were friendly and professional. I made a 4pm appointment and was taken right on time. I highly recommend this fantastic establishment!
Me and my daughter went to fairy nail salon and we waited over 45 minutes just to get a pedicure. This place is so understaffed and unprofessional. If I could rate them no stars I would. As I was getting my pedicure, the light skinned woman with bangs used an unfriendly tone in her undeveloped English Asian accent. I got my nails done here yesterday for the first time. I had my acrylics removed and got a French manicure with the Shellac polish. Dee, the owner, did my nails. She did a fantastic job, and she is extremely pleasant and professional. This is such a refreshing change from the previous salon that I went to. Also, this salon is very neat and clean. I highly recommend this nail salon.
