I’ve been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving.
