Great place to live!
We’ve lived here almost four years now and I have to say, things have vastly improved. When we first moved in, there was no maintenance crew and the one guy that did eventually come around wasn’t friendly and never properly fixed things. With the newer management taking over, we get timely responses and fixes and feel like we are taken care of. They charge the same amount as some of the freshly built apartments and have strict credit requirements. The apartment I toured was supposed to be “updated” but it was just new kitchen appliances. Other than that it seemed like it hadn’t been renovated in years. Paint chipping in multiple spots and dirty as if the most minimal effort was put in to “update” it. The place looks like an eye sore in a beautiful neighborhood and they bank on their location to price gouge for cheap apartments. Parking is also atrocious.
