I've been here for almost 3 years. For the most part it's pretty quiet every once in a while police will be in and out of the complex. The neighbors are pretty friendly but mostly keep to themselves. Prettt quite at night. My issues is it seems like it's hard for the apartments to keep a good maintenance crew. They just hired some new guys who's haven't dont a bad job but not the best with there communication. Also since I've been here the have not cleaned the stairs or buildings. Which has gotten pretty gross over time.
There was a shooting tonight and someone died here
I moved here last year, I have enjoyed my stay. The team is very responsive whenever I have needed maintenance I am looking forward to renew my lease. The place is quiet, neat and good neighbors I would highly recommend. Good for all family det up.
My experience at Fairwood has been smooth from start to finish. Thanks to Elsa, who has been wonderful. She was helpful and patient while going over my lease obligations, making sure I understood everything clearly and felt comfortable with the process. I highly recommend this community for its excellent service and supportive team!
