I had a couple of disappointing experiences at Fairwood Nails, but after trying other salons, I’ve realized the grass really isn’t greener! The prices and quality elsewhere were the same, if not a lot worse. I especially appreciate the pride the owner takes in her salon, the selection, and the overall quality. After several years as a loyal client, I’m happy to be back!
The service was uncomfortable. The stylists switched several times. My toenails were trimmed short, rounded and during the process my pinky toe was cut. I provided a photo for a dotted flower design, but the final art and color palette didn't match. I was charged an unexpected $30 fee for the design. The staff was unprofessional and the polish selection looked expired and unmanaged. I will not be returning.
It was my first time to get my pedicure at this nail establishment,fairwood nails.the place looked very clean, and they were very welcoming with a big smile on their faces and I felt i was on the right place.i will highly recommend them to everyone
