Fairwood Commons was, and could once again be, a wonderful place for Senior Citizens to live; but unfortunately, there are Two (2) insurmountable pervasive problems that constantly prohibit that utopian concept: 1.) FAIRWOOD Commons Apartments Columbus ohio..Being harassed by manager Sherrilynn B., janitor, and residents of the building. Since Nov,21, until current. After involving City Code Enforcement, because manager informed CMHA, that all appliances to cook with was working properly. And WEREN'T. I have been waiting on fixes for my apartment for over a year now and still nothing. They are in the office all day today and no one will answer the phone. This place is getting worse each day. I will be looking for another place to move as soon as the weather breaks. Haven’t used the heat all winter because the noise is unbearable.
