Front office is very nice and responsive. Also, maintenance is great, they fix issues quickly and are very kind as well. Apartments themselves are nice too and are reasonably quiet, especially in the back bedrooms where we never have noise issues.
When I was asking, what are the requirements to move in? I was told it’s a four to one ratio that you would have to make four times the amount of rent to move in.WOW
They run a hard inquire credit check, Other major rental companies run soft inquires. Rental office staff are okay. Entryways are outdated. Inside of the apartments are fair for the price. 1st floor apartments smell damp. Recommend second floor apartments. Nothing to write home about but you’ll probably be okay living here.
Exceptional experience. The staff at Fairwood truly cared about the tenants and provided the absolute best customer service experience. The truly cared and worked hard to ensure all issues were resolved and worked with me on several issues to the best possible result. I couldn’t recommend Fairwood more. The best apartment complex I have ever. rented from. Top performers.
