Won’t be removing this review until someone actually does something about the laundry rooms, they are so disgusting 🤢 it is almost impossible to do laundry there. Large spacious floor plans. Maintenance is quick usually, However in ice storms, walk on the grass! During the winter the front of the development will be plowed and shoveled. The back is always left crapy. Guess if you cant see it ut doesnt matter. No-one will salt the sidewalks, learned first hand with busted up knees. Since they don't salt have fun getting up the large hill in a ice storm (Good thing Guilderland maintains half way down the hill.) The ladies in the front office are truly fantastic. Very helpful and experienced managing properties. Having the tennis courts, gym, and outdoor pool on-site were an added bonus. Laundry center in middle of complex had plenty of washers and dryers.
Front office is very nice and responsive. Also, maintenance is great, they fix issues quickly and are very kind as well. Apartments themselves are nice too and are reasonably quiet, especially in the back bedrooms where we never have noise issues.
When I was asking, what are the requirements to move in? I was told it’s a four to one ratio that you would have to make four times the amount of rent to move in.WOW
