If I could give 0 stars I would. Lived in building A and building C and they both have infestations of cockroaches. They act like they’ll fix it and then just put two sticky traps inside your unit and call it a day. Management will come for you for having a cat but will allow dogs no problem. I’ve seen over 60 cats but my ONE is an issue for some reason. They will harass you, leaks and mold through the walls, cockroaches will come out of baseboards at night. Rent is affordable and cheap but be aware it's invested with cockroaches and mice, had to move because how gross it was.
I’ve been living here since January, I only had one problem since I moved in and tbh the management saw my review and fixed it. And when it snowed in the earlier months, they were out there making sure no one slips. I call that good management.
Nightmare. Bugs heaven. Noisy environment. Not pet friendly, but management only hates cats. Dogs are free, although it is illegal according to Cando rules. Management never helps you. Drains are clogged every week, and the apartment will be flooding. At night, bugs walk everywhere, 1000s of them at night. You can not control them because they come from drain. It is not a cheap place but very awful.
