If you love a moldy room, this is the place to stay. I scheduled through hotels.com and we were late arrivals. When we arrived, the room was so moldy and musty it was uninhabitable. I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me. We spent about 5 minutes in the room before deciding to go down the road to the bonvoy, which for the same price you can stay in a place that doenst smell like your grandmas moldy basement. My husband myself and my son ( 3 years old ) stayed here for about 2 weeks and we are sad to say we will not be returning , when we stayed here last year we enjoyed it so much we wanted to come back, but since Jose the assistant manager and the general manager are extremely rude , I have our entire phone calls recorded with both of them and it’s so sad how some people can treat people especially people with young children….they told us they wouldn’t renew our stay because we came down to the front desk frequently ( every oth... read more
Definitely the best value in Naples, beautiful grounds, responsive staff, and Beatrice and Jessica in housekeeping is very helpful. Highly recommend.
