HERMOSO el lugar las habitaciones muy lindas la gente del hotel muy amables. Lo recomiendo, queda un poco alejado pero si estas en auto es un lugar muy bueno para alojarse
I really like this place had an old world charm love. The botanical gardens running through the entire hotel.
I stayed in room 332 from for two days. This two star Hotel is a little gem and very nice. It’s surrounded by tropical plants and centrally located in Naples. Excellent room rate and I got lucky I had an end unit with no noise from neighbors. The room itself was very clean and the bed a lot more comfortable than competitor’s 3 star properties. Unfortunately I had to give it 2 stars due to sugar ants all over the room: bathroom, nightstand, microwave counter and table.
We really love the place. Staff is amazing. We are amazed by Megan and Jose. But we felt that the place needs to be more vigilant with some group of people playing explicit loud music and having loud conversations at the pool deck. Not leaving space for relaxing and tranquility to the others. Aside of this, all is fine. Thank you for your customer service.
I recently enjoyed a restful stay in this hotel, an oasis in the heart of Naples. Quiet, Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The outdoor pool is well-kept, and the breakfast pavilion set in a garden setting adds a refreshing touch. Continental breakfast includes fruit cups, juices, yogurt, coffee, tea, biscotti, crackers, granola bars and bagels. They also have 3 grills available to all guests.
