We really love the place. Staff is amazing. We are amazed by Megan and Jose. But we felt that the place needs to be more vigilant with some group of people playing explicit loud music and having loud conversations at the pool deck. Not leaving space for relaxing and tranquility to the others. Aside of this, all is fine. Thank you for your customer service.
I recently enjoyed a restful stay in this hotel, an oasis in the heart of Naples. Quiet, Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The outdoor pool is well-kept, and the breakfast pavilion set in a garden setting adds a refreshing touch. Continental breakfast includes fruit cups, juices, yogurt, coffee, tea, biscotti, crackers, granola bars and bagels. They also have 3 grills available to all guests. This place should be sold out every night. For $80 it does not jeopardize cleanliness or service in any way!!
This was an amazing little get away spot looks small from the outside but it was amazing the garden in the common area outside was amazing the pool was super clean and the breakfast was great nothing big but it was good
