Review 4.6 Today is August 3rd and just found out that our apartment is up for rent October 20th. I mean considering how severe I've been about reviewing here it's not surprising management didn't want to give us a renewal offer. Problem. Review 4.5 Mid July25. Still no main spa. It will never be fixed as it's too old. I added a star because they got rid of the community wi-fi and put normal internet back. They acted like they were doing us a favor after requiring us to pay $100 for internet we should be able to get for a lot less. Management is non-existent with communication. Renters that are moving in don't seem to be as courteous as the people that have been here for awhile. I've noticed there are a lot of people moving out. It's a shame really as this co... read more
Do not moved to this place manager won't do their job. I just feel sorry for the landlords because the workers in the apartments complex they not doing their job and.also the manage they need better management period.
5 stars for neighborhood safety and maintenance response time 3 stars for condition of newly turned units. My place was empty for a year before I moved in and still had a ton of roof and pipe leaks. 3 stars for the community wifi that requires a 2'x2' untouchable box installed inside your apartment. It's a nightmare to setup, and there's no Cox support.
Don't rent here. Lived here for a few years it's gone way down hill. They include internet and cable and have decided "upgrade" our internet (I work from home) 6 months of nothing working properly. They removed our cable but are charging us the same price as without. I've missed to mich work because of nothing working. I've delt with a smoker next door for months They They finally got rid of. It's suppose to be non smoking. The pool was closed for I think 8months the hot tub is still not working. And they up rent for a sever... read more
