I recently went to visit my mom, and everything is dirty and poorly maintained. The floors in the buildings look like they’ve never been cleaned or painted in their entire life. The common areas are neglected, the furniture covers are torn and dirty—you can’t even sit there. The lake has a fountain in the middle that they never turn on, even though it’s there for a reason. It’s extremely neglected; they really need to pay attention to this if they care about their common areas.

This place has gone downhill significantly over the last year and the incompetence of the new property management company is almost comical. There was a leak from the rain that impacted the ceiling and internal walls but it was never addressed other than someone coming and taking pictures of one part of the apartment and refusing to look elsewhere. This place has gone downhill significantly over the last year and the incompetence of the new property management company is almost comical. I am preparing to move out and was notified I had a bill for over $4000. I called the office and was told it was a mistake and that I was not responsible for that. I paid my rent on the first as I have every single month I have lived there and was told there may be some remaining charges when I move out at the end of the month.
