I recently moved out of Fairways of Carolina this month, and it was honestly a bittersweet experience. I truly enjoyed my time there over the past couple of years. The location is amazing close to everything and the maintenance team, especially Steve, was outstanding. They responded so quickly that it often felt like the issue never even existed. Recently, I moved here and, aside from a few maintenance issues that were resolved very quickly, I have no complaints. I feel very comfortable here—it’s a nice and quiet community.
Cute but dirty, not worth what you pay. They keep it neglected and dirty. Now that summer is coming, that common area isn’t maintained, they don’t clean it, it’s not nice. What a shame.
