I enjoyed every step of my process with acquiring my apartment. The property manager, Mrs. Erica G., was extremely professional, consistently positive, and a breath fresh air. Which counteracted any anxiety that usually comes with entering a contractual agreement. Also, I can’t leave out Erica’s mom, Vivian, who clearly set the example as a powerhouse. They are indeed a wonderful duo! Thank you!
This apartment was at the top of my list when I was deciding where to move! I had little wiggle room with my work schedule to book a tour and Erica made it happen. She adjusted her personal schedule in order to show me available units. She was very interactive with my kids the whole tour and I could see that she genuinely cared about our experience!
