Shelby the maintenance tech has been so kind. He made sure that my garbage disposal worked fully and properly before leaving the apartment. I also have seen him working on repairing every air conditioning unit. He made sure to make it his priority. Erica provided a very clear expectation about my work order. She communicated throughout the process.
Its so nice to see management out on the property. I see Jasmine everyday driving on the golf cart checking out the property. Anytime she sees me she takes the time to say hello and ask me if everything is okay. I feel valued as a resident because of her.
Chance is a great maintenance guy!!!!!! I moved in recently and I love my apartment. I had a few work orders and Chance came in and completed them fast. If you are looking for an apartment with a beautiful view, this is your place!
Viven , Jas , and Erica showed great hospitality and were extremely helpful with the process of getting me moved in with the least obstacles . Great community and great management with the best customer service .
