I HIGHLY recommend NOT living here. Roach infestation and they do not clean up the apartments well at all before leasing them out. The apartment we moved into had digusting stains on the walls, the stains in the smaller bedroom resembled the color of blood. I made the mistake of signing my lease before getting to see the apartment, (I was desparate at the time.) The place looked like it was barely cleaned. Great maintenance, Rachel Is always helpful in the office. It is very quiet and clean. Wish I had walking shower,but they raise the rents 4 times already.if they keep raising it they are many people that will move out. I will have to move out too the rent is over the top.
Parking lot trashy lighting is crappy smells bad everywhere
They are so unprofessional. I’ve been asking maintenance to come fix my garbage disposal and they’ve been telling me all week they would be here today. It’s currently into the next week and they haven’t been up here at all or even tried to reach out about it.
