Great maintenance, Rachel Is always helpful in the office. It is very quiet and clean. Wish I had walking shower,but they raise the rents 4 times already.if they keep raising it they are many people that will move out. I will have to move out too the rent is over the top.
Parking lot trashy lighting is crappy smells bad everywhere
They are so unprofessional. I’ve been asking maintenance to come fix my garbage disposal and they’ve been telling me all week they would be here today. It’s currently into the next week and they haven’t been up here at all or even tried to reach out about it.
Dog poop all over the place , management is terrible, apartment conditions are frankly gross - maintenance is kind but bound by manager who couldn’t care less. Disgusting place to live. If you are having issues reach out to conway code enforcement located at 1111 Main Street conway AR. If enough people complain changes can happen.
