Too much crime
I've lived at The Fairways for 6 years and loved it the first 3 years... but I've seen the decline and have finally moved. The positive, the 2 bedrooms are very spacious. The pool is decent. Maintenance is usually quick to fix things. The neighbors when i first moved in were great. A few of those people still live there. Over time, the grounds started deteriorating, the dog poop wasn't being picked up, the maintenance wasn't changing out the trash bags or refilling the pick up bags at the dog station.
