I am updating my last review Because I cannot figure out how to delete it. Although the office is slow on procedural tasks, it does get them completed eventually. I believe they are just overworked. As far as maintenance and grounds, the property is well maintained. My apartment is in very good condition and the property is quiet. I had a rough start getting in and settled, but it appears things will run more smoothly now. If it wasn't for the problems initially, I would rate it 4 stars.

When it comes to the front office, if it can go wrong it will go wrong. I get the run around everytime I walk in or call. Their communication is horrible. From getting into the apartment to having the correct amount of rent charged for a prorated month. Very unprofessional. Clerical mistakes abound. No one in charge to ever speak to. Visit after visit the same thing. I have little faith that any problem will get resolved. Good luck

very dishonest they charged us 500 for 2 application fees and over a month later no call, they don't return calls and are very rude when you show up in person, time for the better business bureau

Horrible communication…always say they gne call back and never do! I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m already seeing this is a bad idea just not the ideal place so unorganized and unprofessional

Staff if very professional and understanding when it comes to their Tennants and maintenance always responds quickly to assist with the needs of the tenants. I'm very happy with my decision to reside here. Very spacious and well kept grounds.
