Fairway Village is, perhaps, the only quality townhouse rental complex in Bethany Beach/Ocean View area. The units are spacious and include many upgrades. The rent includes trash removal, pool , tennis and pickle ball courts, fitness center and community lounge - all extremely well maintained. Grass cutting and snow removal also included. My high rating and personal satisfaction is totally due to the property management excellence provided by Eva Shallis, property manager. She is responsive to tenant needs and very friendly.... read more

We have lived here almost two years. First year was great. Now we are moving due to the harassment by the new property manager. I’ve never met anyone in customer service so RUDE!!
