I've lived here for 9 months now, and this has been the best place I've ever lived. Quiet area, friendly neighbors, and amazing staff. I can't even give a single negative about my time so far. Ms. Norene, and Ms. Melissa in particular, made my move up here seamless. If you're looking for a quiet place to settle down for a while, look no further.
I thought I had left a review, but I can’t find it. These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. When something as fair as maintenance needs too be done you don’t have too wait, you are their priority. Everything is updated very quiet neighborhood and the people here are so friendly and nice including staff and the ones you live around. Don’t listen to the Negative reviews, Those are completely not true. Love To call Fairway Village Apartments, my home.
Spacious apartments with ample storage. Mel is back and new management is here! I am looking forward to Fairway's bright future 🫶
Spacious apartments with ample storage. Expensive though. However, rentals are just as much if not more unfortunately. I wish I could afford a house, but sadly cannot, and I won't get this square footage elsewhere. Make sure you ask about any changes coming soon before signing and what issues there may be with bugs, pups, and smoking. Be sure to ask about the water quality, or check when looking at an apartment at move-in or before hand.
