Very disappointing. We went in with very high expectations and were excited to list our property. Fairways was v responsibe until after we signed the contract. Then their interest in us disappeared. We tried for 3 months to get them to change the photos on our profile (we provided m better photos). They repeatedly told us that this would be done and it took over 2 months. The worst company ever. Rented out a totally dilapidated unit and charged us fraudulent amount of money in electricity. Air condition guys showed us photos of ducts that were totally dilapidated and in need of major repairs. DO NOT RENT FROM PALM VALLEY COUNTRY CLUB OR FROM THIS COMPANY FAIRWAY VACATION RENTALS. IT WAS TOTAL WAS TOTALLY EXTORTION AND THYE JUST WERE PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS. DO NOT RENT 76517 DAFFODIL DRIVE OR ANY UNITS FOR THAT MATTER AS UNITS NEEDS MAJOR REPAIRS
We are leaving Friday morning early and will drop the keys off. We are assuming the owners weren’t interested in the furniture as we haven’t heard from you. We aren’t happy with the lack of response from you on this and other matters during our stay.
