It's a nice quiet place to live. Have not had any issues here.
Trees, trees, trees‼️(not good if you have allergies) bugs, bugs, bugs‼️ mold, mold, mold‼️ Management doesn't do s***‼️
Currently our AC is out. Fairway Trails attempted to fix it (thanks to Justin) and it worked for a few days but unfortunately went down again due to parts. Laura and Tim reached out to the AC company and they were going to come out and fix or replace the unit however, they have been very delayed. I was happy and relieved that Justin came by and let me, my wife and dog use a portable AC unit for our apartment until the issue is fixed and resolve. A whole team effort by the Fairway Trails team. We have lived there for two and half years and we loved it. Beautifully managed premises and maintenances was really great. Laura Kramar is one of the best manager we have seen so far. We have enjoy every bit of our stay. Only suggestions are if management can include a half bath in 2 bed room apartments, in-unit washer-dryer and a covered parking, then it will be a more excellent place to live. Thanks to Laura and all the people in the management team.
