Management is very good here!
Ive lived here 8 years and love it, the apartments are clean and since ive been here the appliances, cupboards and bathroom have all been updated. Maintenance shows up within an hour if i ever have an issue, even on the weekends. free heat is a bonus and the neighbors are friendly, gets the 5 stars!

Fairway Trails is a Heavenly Paradise for my roommate Eugene and I. The layout and design is perfect and so airy, the water is beyond sparkling and fresh to drink and shower in and makes extra yummy ice cubes. Neighobrs are friendly. location is safe, management is friendly and professional, grounds and buildings always look stellar, maintenance is out of this world incredible. good positive vibes all around, trees and nature everyhwere.
