My aunt lives at this property. The location is excellent as it is close to shopping centers, healthcare facilities, and public transportation. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. These apartments have a gym, laundry facilities, parking garage and a community room. I highly recommend fairway tower and Manor Apartments for anyone looking for a well maintained, safe and community-focused place to live in Akron.
The common areas are pretty clean
After the old manager (Tricia) changed , everything changed. Not recommended. No swimming pool after 2020. This apartment was good when Ms. Tricia handling but now nobody cares about your work order request.zero maintenance. Leaking roof. No painting on the balcony, No maintenance on the lawn, broken windows. Raccoon problem.
Very Rude and unprofessional staff.
We got approved to live there but it was so hard to get the manager to answer her phone. Im not sure if she didn't want us there but it sure seemed like it. She never called for an update if we got approved, or not. That's not very professional at all especially since we paid a $75 application fee for basicallynothing. I understand people get busy but make a list of people you need to call back. People sure have a list of people to call when they owe money so there was no reason we shouldn't have been called back.
