Our two year old boiler stopped working two weeks after the warranty was up. It costed us $800 to fix. The guy Fairway sent to our house, Danny Cleary, said that he believed the problem was due to the thermostat being old and suggested a new oil filter so it runs smoother. He said if we bought the parts, he would come back and help us install the new thermostats/filter because "he's a nice guy." The 3 men that came to my house were thorough & friendly. The girls that deal with the phones/office were pleasant. Great company. Thank you for making sure my family has heat & hot water!
Great service and fair pricing. Responded quickly to our call for an issue with our oil burner. Larry found problem and was able to repair quickly. We will definitely use Fairway again.
