Fantastic experience with Fairway Chevrolet. I was originally looking to purchase from an out-of-state dealer, but after speaking with members of the team, I knew I wanted to give my business to Fairway and keep it local. Another Chevy dealer who’s service department will ask if you bought the vehicle there. Was told to take it to a different Chevy dealer. I don’t understand why these businesses refuse business.
The driver's seat belt on my 2017 Malibu retracted suddenly while I was buckling up and jammed. I drove to Fairway Motors and asked them to fix the problem. They promptly took the car into the Body Shop and disassembled the reel. They found that the reel could not be repaired and ordered a replacement. When it arrived, they called me to bring the car back to them. I drove the car home shortly afterward with the new seat belt kit installed.
