I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Fairway Chevrolet. I brought my Chevy Colorado in with concerns and instead of being treated with respect, I was repeatedly spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner. I was told things like, “Ma’am, you don’t understand the process” and “You don’t understand what GM holds us to,” which felt incredibly patronizing.
