Manager does nothing!! Little Dogs run loose causing injury to other tenants who have their dogs on leashes. There is no right to peaceful enjoyment which violates the law but they seem to not care. The place is literally so disgusting that a tenant has their dead dog ROTTING on the porch and management has done nothing. You are better off being unhoused and living in you car.
