Joyce enjoys bullying/lying to tenants. Lied to me several times prior to moving in. Was advised to have my husband deal with her by an ex-tenant, as she doesn’t like women. I have asthma and tenants moved in below who smoke cigs and pot. It comes in through the kitchen and bathroom sink pipes, never properly closed after repair. Also through closets.
