I live in Halls of Brookfield and I am starting to get angry! We have had no elevator for 2 weeks! I live on 2nd floor. I can't get groceries or take my dog out 5-6 times a day!!
Fairway Mgt is a low rent organization. By low rent, I mean they’re the lowest quality apartments. Fairway owns 600 slums all in “rural” areas covered by the USDA Low Income Tax Credit rule. The owner of Fairway WROTE the LIHTC law in Missouri. No wonder Jefferey E. Smith is a multimillionaire. JES HOLDINGS made $620 MILLION last year.
