I booked a room June 22 King size bed non smoking for October 5th. Four days before the Three Dog Night concert at the Beltera Casino on October 1st the hotel called and informed me that my room was not available due to them booking others in it. I just don't understand how a business that books out rooms months ahead of time can cancel my reservation and put someone else in the room. I'll never call them again for a room, plus I found one a few miles away $20 dollars cheaper. Booker beware!
They are rude, rooms were nasty for $280 for ONE night!! Heard people walking and banging around ALL NIGHT!! Beds were nasty 🤢 I could go on but don’t wanna waste my time since I already wasted my money!! I went off on them it was horrible all around!!
one older women will make u feel very unwelcome always criticizing every move. would not recommend until something is done about here.
the place was dirty the staff was rude

Owners and staff are very nice but went to bed smelling cigarette smoke and woke up smelling it coming from the walls and rooms all around the place. We don’t smoke so it was very nauseating.

Hands down - the WORST place I have ever stayed. The room reeked of mildew - even my bag reeked of mildew once I got home. The sink in the bathroom was propped up by a random table leg....kudos to a creative maintenance man...We actually went to the lobby for their "breakfast" Get ready folks for coffee cake type rolls that had obviously been frozen and were de-frosted and mushy.
