First off, communication was top notch. JD and his team definitely have their pulse on the Mtg industry. I have a criteria when referring business; honesty, be true to ur word, Integrity, don’t structure a loan that u wouldn’t do the same for ur mom and lastly, respect, if a client ops to move in a different direction than ur offer, respect their wishes. JD, Josie, Jessica, and team are amazing! The home buying experience can be very daunting but working with them was a piece of cake.
