Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I regret ever choosing this company for my home loan. From the start, the process was a nightmare. They promised a quick turnaround, but it took MONTHS to get approval due to their incompetence and constant request for the same documents over and over again. The communication was non-existent. Kat my loan officer and everyone at the Moore team made my first time home buying experience wonderful they are quick responsive and I closed fast as little as three weeks.They explained everything and broke it down to me so I could understand the process and had a great attitude. Would totally recommend them if anyone is looking to buy a home .
