Fairway was easy to work with and agreeable to try for a challenging loan product with a tight timeframe. They had contingency plans in place to address our time constraints and we ended up securing the property on time and pursuing a refi to follow up. I am pleased with their work and am utilizing their services again.

I echo all the other comments .Outstanding service from the first contact to the last signature at closing ,Amber ****** and the entire team at Fairway Mortgage were quick efficient and truly care about your individual situation .I had a bad experience with another nationally recognized mortgage firm that were clueless when it came to new construction and the local market not so with Fairway . They did an excellent job I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends.
