John was great from start to finish of our first home buying experience. We were pretty clueless with home the loan process would go and he explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. He was always just a phone call or text away. We had a very tight deadline during the busiest month of the year for real estate and he pulled a lot of strings to get us to close on time. I highly recommend using John for your loan officer.

We can't say enough about Mike and his team! They were with us every step of the way as we searched for our first home. He's patient and has great attention to detail. Karen was my loan officer and was fantastic. I have bought homes in the past and the mortgage process was horrible with those company's. I would highly recommend Fairway Independent Mortgage Company. My mortgage officer and other staff were so friendly, helpful, and prompt. My loan officer was the was the best. From start to finish, loan being done long distance, the process was done quickly, she was friendly, assisted me with questions, answered calls, texts, document sign responses immediately.
