We've worked with Fairway for our initial mortgage, two refinances, and a renovation loan. Their customer service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of home loan financing and explained everything that happened. They have excellent communication skills. We have gotten excellent rates with their assistance and they have gone out of their way to make sure we had positive experiences. We are a repeat customer and plan to go use them whenever we need to deal with real estate financing.
