The mortgage process with Fairway was smooth and I enjoyed working with the team. Even with the logistical challenges of closing a loan during the time of COVID and a time when mortgage brokers are very busy her team was knowledgable and responsive. The most important part of this review is that even after I locked in my rate, they came back and lowered it because of a change in fees that they are charged by the wholesale mortgage buyers.
