Bethany was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. And trust me, since this was our first time buying a home, we had a lot of questions! One of the key differences we noticed between Bethany, and other loan officers, is that she gave us a personalized experience. Although we ended up choosing a conventional loan in the end, she helped us to understand our options and the pros and cons with each loan type. We wouldn't hesitate at all- and in fact would love to- work with her again!
